By creating an account or continuing to use MeetMe you agree to these terms. If you use MeetMe on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us at support@meetme.phenoo.biz if you suspect unauthorised use.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use MeetMe within the plan you selected. You must not: use the service unlawfully; send spam, fraudulent or abusive booking requests; infringe anyone's intellectual property; interfere with the security of the service (malware, probing, scraping, circumventing rate or plan limits); reverse engineer the service; or resell or redistribute it.

We retain ownership of MeetMe, including its software, documentation and branding. You retain ownership of your content (calendar data, booking details, page settings) and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

We work to keep MeetMe available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Calendar availability and event creation depend on third-party providers (Google, Microsoft, CalDAV servers) that we do not control.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may close your account at any time. On termination, your booking link stops accepting new bookings; you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and disputes are subject to its courts. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. We may update these terms and will change the "last updated" date above; continued use means you accept the update.
