Refund Policy

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Request one at paddle.net using the email address you paid with, or email us at support@meetme.phenoo.biz and we will raise it for you.

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can test the service before you are charged. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing page inside MeetMe. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

If a renewal charge took you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it. Paddle's refund policy also applies to every order.
