Privacy Notice

Account data (name, email address, sign-in identifiers from Google, Apple or Microsoft, or your password hash) — to create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.

Calendar data (busy/free times, and the events MeetMe creates on your behalf) — to show availability and write confirmed meetings to your calendar. We read only what is needed to compute availability; meeting contents of your other events are not stored. Legal basis: performance of our contract.

Booking data (guest name, email, notes, chosen time, timezone) — to create the meeting and notify both sides. Legal basis: performance of our contract and our legitimate interest in operating the booking page.

Security and usage data (hashed IP address, booking counts, timestamps, error logs) — to prevent abuse, spam and fraud, and to keep the service reliable. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Support messages — to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Marketing emails, where you opt in — legal basis: consent, withdrawable at any time.

• Service providers acting as processors: our hosting, database and authentication provider, our transactional email provider, and your chosen calendar provider (Google, Microsoft, or your own CalDAV server).
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities where we are required to do so by law.

We do not sell personal data.

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Account and booking data is kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months afterwards, then deleted or anonymised. Security logs are kept for up to 12 months. Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Depending on where you live (including under Brazil's LGPD and the GDPR) you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email support@meetme.phenoo.biz and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your local data protection authority — in Brazil, the ANPD.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit, encrypted storage of calendar credentials, row-level access controls so each host can only read their own data, and least-privilege access for administrators.

We use essential cookies and local storage only — to keep you signed in and remember your language choice. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can clear them in your browser, though signing in will then be required again.
